There are 3 models available. All come with extra barrels and free float handguards. JP Full size handguard (#JPF) and JP Carbine handguard (#JPC) come with "4" different length barrels. Meaning that when you buy one model you can actually achieve four different looks! Today, we installed the 24" barrel (#JPF) onto a full size handguard. We think that this is probably the longest M4 Sniper kit available in the market. Plus, it just downright looks good! Giving it a more modern and fancy look.
About the JP Mid size handguard (JPM), we have to strongly emphasize that It only comes with one extra barrel. That means you can only achieve 2 different looks. However, the first style you have to use your original M4 barrel and keep your original front sight. The front sight will insert into the cut of the handguard in our very special design. Very similar to original dissipator style barrel designed in early 90's.

The MK1 series has been used in Iraq and Afghanistan, and has gained wide popularity with security personnel, law enforcement and civilians alike. The origins of the MK1 series began with the fascination in the simplicity and reliability of the AK47 combined with a deep-rooted appreciation for the ergonomics of the M4/M16 platform. Having a significant understanding of the deficiencies in the direct gas impingement operating system found on conventional M4/M16-style weapons, PWS developed the MK1 series with the professional operator in mind. Significant product improvements have been made over both the direct impingement operating system and previous offerings of piston-driven operating systems. Our product improvements have addressed reliability and performance issues as well as reduced carrier tilt, cam pin wear and carrier bounce. An innovative hand guard system utilizes a proprietary non-free float system that allows the end user or unit armorer to replace individual rails as needed without removing the barrel, barrel nut or even other rails. This system allows the user to attach numerous picatinny rail mounted devices such as sights, lights, and laser aiming devices. The PWS proprietary operating system utilizes an operating rod that is attached to the carrier and a floating head piston that is attached to the operating rod. The MK1 series is built to be a true combat carbine. The Diablo Upper is Primary Weapons Systemsï¾’ answer to the 7ï¾” AR-15/M-16 series upper. Rather than simply bolting on an existing product and calling it revolutionary, PWS stepped back and designed a system from the ground up to work specifically with the extreme pressures of the 7ï¾” barrels. We started with the barrel and after careful research decided on a 7ï¾” (not 7.5ï¾”) stainless steel polygonal bore barrel with a 1:8 twist. A match bolt carrier assembly is housed inside of a MUR-1 (mil-spec) upper receiver with a billet machined charging handle. Low profile quad rails give the most possible room for accessories and XTM rail covers. The Diablo upper utilizes a long stroke piston system for additional dwell time and smooth recoil. The system is rounded out with the new CQB comp from PWS - a comp designed for short barrels that compensates, suppresses flash and directs all the blast forward.
