When you want to enhance your Strike Industries ASM by running a dual optic setup and have a close distance MRDS paired with a Low Power Variable Optic (LPVO) scope, this Strike ASM Ring Cap Mount is an accessory that does not force you to pick only one red dot you have to stick with forever. The included multi-optic plate or Picatinny rail can be mounted at 12 o'clock or 45-degree right or left positions to customize exactly for the specific user. Strike Industries AK Rear Sight Rail Mount ver.2
Madbull has imported the AKRR2 from the innovative Strike Industries! Finally, now there’s a light-weight solution to optic mounting on an AK. The AKRR2 will transition over from real steel on to certain airsoft rifles. The S.I. AKRR2 is designed with three major components; Main base, 45 degree side rail, and extended rail. The main base serves as the attachment point to the rifle, a reference aiming gap, and base for mounting the side rail and extended rail. It has three hex socket screws to adjust the angle of the base. The 45 degree side Picatinny rail can be positioned ambidextrously and is best suited to pair with a micro red dot sight. The extended Picatinny rail can be used for EO tech or Aimpoint reflex sights and some long range magnified scopes. The AKRR2 major appeal is its level of adaptability. The Strike Industries Ambush low profile sling loop is the lowest profile sling loop designed for the MIL-STD-1913 rail. Made of solid steel, its unique locking bar design system allows for it to be lightweight and durable. Because the Ambush sits flat in between the rails, it will not interfere with your sights and fit neatly under longer optics when mounted towards the middle of the rifle. The dual purpose loop and swivel sling attachments allow the user to choose which mount they would like to use.

The 45-degree angle should get you out of the way of most LPVO scopes along with two mounting positions to pick from on the SI Multi-Optic Mount side. Easily place a MRDS alongside a LPVO with the low-profile SI-Ambush Picatinny rail mount that either sits flush with the top of the Pic rail or slightly below making it easier to sit under a scope or scope mount. The Strike Ambush 45 comes with a dual footprint mounting plate which has the SI Multi-Optic Mount on one side and the Aimpoint® Micro Standard footprint for T-1/T-2 compatible red dots on the other side making this a new innovative modular option for a diverse market. The SUS630 hardened stainless steel Picatinny rail mount is ambidextrous for either side. The 6061-T6 aluminum mounting plate can be flipped to select which MRDS but also oriented to work with the right or left side of the Pic rail.
